Oligo sequences from all Affymetrix identifiers (downloaded from Affymetrix webpages) are assigned to Arabidopsis genes (TIGR5) by BLASTN. Download the results in Excel or ASCI format.

In general: Oligo BLAST hits were only counted as true hits, if oligo sequence (25 nucleotides) corresponds exactly with the target sequence.
