Arabidopsis cDNA clones:
cDNA clones in E. coli expression vector
About 4,500 cDNA clones are available in the E. coli expression vector pQE-30NAST-attB (ImaGenes vector link). This set comprises a Unigene set of about 1.500 clones. Coding sequences of the UNIgene clones are predicted to be in frame with the N-terminal His-tag.

Clone list representing a new 27K barley UniGene Set
459.231 public and IPK ESTs were clustered by the GabiPD team in cooperation with the IPK. Based on this assembly a list of cDNA clones from the IPK Gaterleben was created. This list represents a new 27k barley UniGen Set enriched for full-length clones.
