Sugar beet GSS sequences from GABI BeetSeq publicly available (29/08/08):
These 2.815 GSS (fosmid ends) from the sugar beet DH line KWS2320 were generated in the GABI BeetSeq project. The data have recently been published in Genome
(C. Lange et al. 2008).

SATlotyper - a new software tool - available for download (07/08/08):
SATlotyper is designed for inferring haplotypes and phased genotypes from unphased SNP data for polyploid and polyallelic heterozygous populations.
This tool developed by the GabiPD team has recently been published in BMC Genomics.
(J. Neigenfind et al. 2008).
