Potato SNP data from 21 loci are now public available (20-JAN-09)
•The data were generated in the scope of the GABI-CONQUEST-2 project aiming at the identification of genes and their SNPs, which control field resistance to late blight.
•The major association with resistance to late blight was found at the StAOS2 locus (K. Pajerowska-Mukhtar et al. 2009).
•Please seach GreenCards using the locus name as a key word, e.g. 'StAOS2*'.
